Very positively surprised
Looking for an app that not only offers mindfulness, meditation and sleep stories, but also tips and exercises for mental strength and health, I came across Mindance. First thing I noticed was the design – not everything in pastel colours like other wellness apps. Cool, high-quality and modern look, compliment! The content is excellent too. I'm a manager, a dad and love sport. The app has something to offer for all these roles and situations. My kids also love the bedtime stories. I'll keep exploring the app regularly because there is really a lot to discover. Maybe I'll update my review after.
Versatile to use
I use the Mindance app both for myself and for my children, and we are all delighted! The children especially love the "Luca and the Aliens" story, which relaxes them wonderfully. For me personally, the app is a great support, especially for self-care and reflection. The meditations help me reduce stress and switch off when I need to. A big plus is that my employer offers the app – it motivates me to regularly take time for myself. I am completely satisfied and can only recommend it!

There are many apps designed for mental health and a healthy lifestyle. But what exactly sets the Mindance app apart from the others? First of all: the structure. Right from the start you are asked what interests you and where you want coaching or support. Only then do you dive step by step into the Mindance world. There are individual offers tailored to my needs that I can use to fit my schedule. The colour concept rounds off the design and gives it a very atmospheric feel.
Great support
A great support for mental health. The various exercises and tools are easily accessible and well explained, so you can integrate them into everyday life at any time. The app is clearly structured and offers a wide range of personalised options to work on your own challenges. I especially enjoy the guided mindfulness exercises and the bedtime stories for the kids :)
