Stress management through mindfulness (AOSA)
- Goal: Reducing stress through conscious tensing and relaxation of muscle groups and promoting physical relaxation.
- Techniques: Long form with 17 muscle groups, short forms with 7 and 4 muscle groups respectively.
- Ideal for: People who want to learn physical relaxation techniques.

How is a prevention course structured?
The course runs for 8 weeks with 8 mandatory modules.
- Each module contains an information section (e.g., on stress and autogenic training) and an exercise section (guided relaxation + small quiz), approximately 60 minutes per week.
- There is a one-week break between modules so you can consolidate what you've learned.
- After each module, you receive a summary by email.
- With the course, you also get 12 months of free and unlimited access to all Mindance content.
How does cost reimbursement work?
It's that simple:
- Check your health insurance - Use the search function to see how much your insurance will reimburse.
- Book the course - Fill out the order form and pay €99 once. You'll receive an email with payment receipt (please keep it).
- Start the course - Log into the Mindance app with your email and password and start immediately.
- Secure reimbursement - After completing all 8 modules, you automatically receive your participation certificate. Submit it together with the payment receipt to your health insurance to get up to 100% reimbursement.
Am I signing up for a subscription with the course?
No. You pay for the course once for €99. Your access to the app ends automatically after 12 months – there's no subscription and no cancellation requirement.
Do I need a medical certificate?
No. No medical certificate is required to participate in our ZPP-certified courses.
How long do I have access to the course content?
With your booking, you get 12 months of access to your course and all Mindance content. This way you can repeat the exercises anytime – even after course completion.
Do I have to schedule the course at fixed times?
No. The course is a flexible online course that you can complete anytime and from anywhere – whether morning, evening, or weekend. Important:
- Each module lasts one week.
- Only after completion and a one-week break is the next module unlocked.
This way you stay in a healthy learning rhythm while having complete freedom about when and where you do your modules.
